I offer virtual sessions for your convenience to residents of New York & Connecticut. Virtual sessions are conducted with audio and video via a secure HIPAA-compliant video link. As per state law, you must be in New York or Connecticut at the time of session. I do not offer phone sessions.

Therapy sessions are typically scheduled once per week, but frequency may vary depending on your needs. We’ll discuss what works best for you.
The length of therapy varies from person to person. Some clients see improvements in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals.
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows me to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a fee.
