And the grief especially when the loss was sudden, violent, or came without warning can feel like something far too large to carry alone. Grief & Loss Therapy

My Value

Grief therapy that goes at your pace and never asks you to leave your loved one behind.

Grief is one of the most profound human experiences there is, and one of the most misunderstood. My culture often treats it as something to get through quickly, quietly, and on a socially acceptable schedule. But traumatic grief, sudden loss, and complicated bereavement don’t follow those rules. And you shouldn’t have to pretend they do.

I bring specialized training in traumatic grief and EMDR, a therapeutic approach that is particularly effective when grief is intertwined with trauma, shock, or the kind of loss that fundamentally ruptures your sense of the world. Sessions are paced entirely around your needs, your capacity, and your readiness. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. This is your space to grieve, process, and slowly find your footing again.

01

Creating a Safe Space

Before anything else, I focus on building the kind of therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely safe.

02

Understanding Your Grief

Every loss is different, and every person’s grief is shaped by their unique relationship, history, and circumstances.

03

Processing the Pain

Active trauma processing using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR for traumatic grief, narrative work, and meaning-making.

04

Finding a Path Forward

Healing from grief doesn’t mean forgetting. It means finding a way to honor your loved one while also reclaiming your life .
