I’m Jessica Esposito, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR-Certified therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting people through some of life’s most painful moments.
I specialize in grief, trauma, anxiety, and attachment — the kinds of pain that don’t just go away on their own, and that require more than just “talking about it.” My approach combines evidence-based methods like EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and ego state work with a genuinely warm, human connection that my clients tell me makes all the difference.

Our Achievement
The people I work with are often carrying experiences they’ve never fully been able to put into words — losses that shook them to their core, childhoods that left them questioning their worth, or anxieties that have quietly run their lives for years.
We chose to specialize in these areas because they matter deeply to me — and because I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the right support can be. EMDR therapy, in particular, has allowed my clients to process experiences that had felt completely stuck for years, often in far less time than traditional talk therapy alone.

Anxiety is exhausting mentally, emotionally, and physically. Together we’ll calm your nervous system, identify what’s driving the worry, and build real tools to help you feel grounded and in control again.
Childhood experiences shape the way we connect with others. If you’re caught in cycles of fear, distance, or conflict in your relationships, we’ll explore the roots and build the secure foundation you’ve always deserved.
EMDR Intensives offer extended, focused sessions for those who want to move through trauma processing more efficiently without waiting weeks between appointments to continue the work.
CBT helps you identify, challenge, and reframe the negative beliefs that drive anxiety, low self-worth, and emotional distress. It’s structured, evidence-based, and effective — with real tools you can use outside the therapy room.
